Just to add: I am assuming I’m going to need to resubmit documents all over again. I have not yet signed the TIC or done the credit check. So it looks like there’s still a couple steps left for me whenever this starts up again.

Just commenting. The longer the process is drawn out the more likely that higher log#s might prevail. The assumption is that with each week that passes is more time for lower log#s to drop out for whatever reason.

I toured in May (on memorial day) and submitted credit check info and such. I was never charged for the credit check so it seems they never ran it.

Wondering if my HPD docs from another housing ( turned down due to size ) would be used or would i have to do it all over again if asked
