While I really don’t know what I’m talking about, it’s looking good for March 1!

The building now has the temporary certificate of occupancy as of today. I check daily. In the morning, it wasn’t there. I just checked now with the new updates to this forum and it appeared!

Great news on the way for the rest of us, I hope!

An update to say that Rikki also sent me documents to sign for a particular unit! I suppose that means that now those documents get sent off to the city for them to review? I asked her what the next steps are but haven't heard back yet. I'm kind of in shock!

Yep, now the city will review your documents. From my internet deep dives I’ve read people get a response anywhere from 3 days to 3 weeks!

Omg!! That’s exciting! When did she send it? Also, what’s your general log number, AMI, and apartment size? I’m getting nervous lol

My log is in the high 3xxx w/ CB preference, 80% 1br. Just signed the documents to send off to the city this afternoon!

@sheesharee, I'm grateful for your intel! But really hoping we don't have to wait 3 weeks. Now I'll just be so nervous there's some kind of mistake that will disqualify me lol

I need to get off the internet and quit looking at peoples bad experiences. It’s only stressing me out. What will be, will be!

Oh dear...does that mean that some people get to this step and then it doesn't work out? But yes, good plan to try and be zen about it!

I once spoke to some one very helpful from
HPD who explained technically the city doesn’t “approve” anything and didn’t want me to call it HPD approval lol. He said that when the marketing company sends it to the city, they just make sure it all lines up accurately.

I’m 2 bed, 130%, 4xxx CB. Still a bit behind you guys. Praying early next week I’ll be told if I still qualify or not so I can be at peace regardless of the outcome lol
