Theres a garage a few block from the building and is charging 295/month for a sedan 320/month suv so I imagine it being similar, but hoping the few people who did tour recently got a more concrete number as I am hoping by now they have an operator selected for the garage.

Most landlords will not allow you access to your unit and move stuff in or out without having an active lease, too big of a liability to incur and nothing to gain. You can ask for an earlier move in date and pay for it, doesn't hurt to ask but more often than not nobody would like to put themselves in a position of accruing liability for no reward

And I’m out! Just as I was afraid of, with my newest raise (city employee) it knocked me above the income limit. Would have qualified if the project was never paused (or if they asked for documents earlier). Definitely a privileged position to be in so I’m not sulking. Will keep trying for lotteries, as once the HUD income levels adjust this spring, I should be back in the game. I am still going to stalk this thread because I am so invested! I’m going to need updates from everyone lol
