Will you be getting the one bedroom or the two? All my paper work was done by Susan. I think I was one of the only people she finished off before the cases got transferred of to Rikki. I emailed Susan pretty frequently for updates. If I were you I would email Rikki and see what she says.

I got a response from Rikki. She said they’re still doing CB now.
And the anonymous person at the “docs” email address said they’re doing lower log numbers now.
Yea just got the same response from Rikki about on CB ppl. Asked about city employees she said some CB ppl are city employees so after they fill CB, check if they need city employees, then is the General Population. She stated a few more weeks but they are working as fast as possible.
I never knew CB ppl can also fulfill the city requirement kinda a lil sad but obvious lol but staying optimistic log 4xx no cb but city - 2 Bedroom

I suggest you ask her when you’ll be able to tour the apartment. You can say you never toured the apartments back in may and wondering if you can now.

I think Rikki is moving pretty fast considering she started the process with us about a month ago. She also has to fill all 48 apartments that’s under Reside. Sending all the good vibes. Keep us posted on your journey.
There was 3 tours yesterday, got assigned a 2bedroom and pending to sign lease.
