YIMBY last announced that the residential program will comprise 342 studios, 492 one-bedrooms, and 264 two-bedroom apartments. Approximately 30 percent of the homes are expected to be designated for affordable housing.

625 Fulton Street is slated for completion in mid 2024.

I wasn’t going to but if the units are bigger and they have a W/D in them, I might do it. If not, I’ll leave it alone. I just like the location, lol.

With how big it is, I don't see the units being big. small is the new style especially for bigger developments.

342 studios, 492 one-bedrooms, and 264 two-bedroom apartments is a lot. Dont see a 1 bed being bigger than 5-600sq

I understand what you mean. It’s wishful thinking. They need to stop making these places tiny

Well whaddya know. As one door closes 505 state streets another one seems to be opening 625 Fulton lol. Same area. I am going to hope they have 2 bedrooms available for MEEEEE lol. But with my luck this time my log number will be jn the clouds lol. I'm going to manifest my desires to get a 2 or 3 digit log lol

I live across the street from this. It is not even close to being finished. I dare say from the looks of it, it's going to be more like a housing project than nice housing. It's built in a U shape. One full side is literally 15 feet away from the full face of the building next to it so nobody there gets any light. If you're in the interior of the U, 3/4 of the apartments are likely to be dark most of the day. That's just my opinion having a window that looks out onto the entire site. There are like 4 lines that have balconies, but from the window sizes the apartments look small.
