I hope everyone will have better luck in 2023 and win your dream apartment (or just somewhere to live if you need it)!

This forum has helped me a ton when I'm feeling down and frustrated with the housing situation. I want to take a moment and send out some good thoughts and hope 2023 is a better year for all of us!

GM! Happy Holidays! Yes I hope this is Year for us! Because this system has to Give! I been on House Connect for 3 years and nothing! I now 80 AMI now! 2023! Is the Year Keep faith! Again Happy Holiday’s.

Merry xmas all , stay positive and hopeful and my advice is NEVER rely on ONE lottery, apply to multiple that are in your budget, i focused on 1 lottery ignoring over 10 other document requests and at the end realized the "studio" wasn't for me! so stay focused and document ready!
