IDs, pay stubs, rent stubs, statements from accounts etc..

If you go to the website and go to I think "About", there should be a guide that tells you what they typically ask for

I'm just curious, I currently rent a room- my name is not on any of the utility bills, my roommates and I typically split the bills amongst each other. How would I go about providing gas and electric bill if my name isn't on it. My phone bill is in my name, would that suffice?

You would submit whatever documents you have, and provide an explanation for what you don’t have. Many people are in roommate situations and split bills with others.

You can write a brief description of the living situation about gas, electric, etc. and estimate your share. Get the letter notarized, it’s inexpensive and easy. I am told there is an online method. Banks, insurance, pharmacy sometimes have a notary.

TD bank will notarize for free even if you aren't a member. Call the branch first as not every branch has a notary every day of the week.
