Spent a little time looking… you get more results if you search 241 W 28th Street. From what I’ve gathered it’s on the same block as Maverick (few doors down) & right across from FIT, CB5, 50% and 80% AMI. *AMI brackets may have changed since that article since 1BR start at $2095 and that’s more like 100-120% AMI pricing. Anticipated completion July 2023.

Thanks for this. The salary figures quoted on their website suggest they’ll start at 70% AMI but as you’ve pointed out, nothing else really matches up. Will just have to wait and see!

The residential units will consist of 335 market-rate units (70% of unit mix) and 144 affordable units (30% of unit mix). Of the affordable units, 48 units will be allocated to 70% AMI, 48 units will be allocated to 80% AMI, and 48 units will be allocated to 130% AMI.
