I’m trying to book movers for the 1st, thankfully I’m moving from just down the street. Is the 1k if you’re self-moving the only move-in charge? And honestly hoping they let me come in a day early just to set up wifi

Praying for you! Did they reach out to you for additional information? My status in nyc connect is under review. I'm wondering if I'd get more updates on my status if i speak with someone.

Yes, but your movers must have a CoI (certificate of Insurance) I opt’d to move in the 2nd and im using piece of cake moving (pink trucks) they were responsible priced and the COI is included. Im also not taking a lot of the big items and i currently live in a walk up so thats a charge. I was trying to get in ti move early they were not budging i hope u have better luck.

They just gave me access to the tenant portal.

Anyone have an email or contact information? My log number was deemed ineligible and I was never given the opportunity to provide documents.
