Includes In Unit Washer and Dryer, 1 block from the subway, but wow that 130% AMI rent price is pretty high

Definitely too small for those 130 ami prices - the bedroom looks like it’s 10 x 9 and the living room/kitchen’s not much bigger

Wow, this is tiny. And the 130% rents! Even the very top of the 1-person salary range doesn't meet the 40x test. In that LES-Chinatown no man's land, so in some ways a very good location (not far from Essex Crossing), but the grittiest part of it. (Forsyth St. is where that Asian woman was killed in her apartment after being followed home from the subway.) For a young enthusiastic open-minded person or a hardcore veteran who lives simply, this could be great. Not so wonderful if you're bourgeois on the inside.
