The one bedrooms come with the side kitchen in the entryway. I too was hoping for the kitchen island. Lots of cabinet storage. 4 burner stove. But the oven/ microwave combo is the size of microwave that fits a 12 inch plate. No thanksgiving turkeys in my future - at least not cooked in that kitchen lol
Thank you for the info. One question p, when you say “oven/microwave combo, are you referring to an overhead microwave above the stove? I assume that the conventional oven is regular size.
I always laugh at the people paying the *market rents* for the entryway kitchen in new places. That is bonkers. Especially since the bathroom is usually right there opposite.
Same. I just remind myself that other folks have different taste lol. Cause aint no way if I had the money to have a "choice" would I ever pick that floor plan lol

Also it’s weird because in our contract, it says that the base amenities are included in our rent (gym, playroom etc..) so NO extra $100 . and for the pool yes it’s $500 but it only open for the season memorial to labor day. I wonder if you can still access the pool deck and pool rooftop the other time of the year? since we paying for the year.
yes! the 2 WIC are the best surprising part. So happy about that will literally change my life, no more stuff hanging around

As of today, they have added listings on StreetEasy from the north tower for an 8/1 move in date. This is great news as far as progress. I am unsure if these are the specific units available for lottery folks, but it does mean they are moving along with finishing the building.
