Hi. What email did you receive the viewing from? Cause they told me I can only view the unit after I get the approval from the city.

For The Ruby, it looks like you need to be approved before you can view. So what you are going through is highly unusual.

In fact, if you go through this entire forum beginning from last year, this is the first time this has happened. Everyone viewed the unit they were assigned to, that's it.

I don't think the north E is market rate, as I have not seen any online.

Actually, I toured a unit right after I was initially contacted to submit documents back in January. It was a show unit (studio), not one that would ultimately be assigned on my TIC. Really don't understand why they did that tbh, but it did happen to me.

Oh that's good to know! Then ed20 might be viewing a show unit as well then.

ed20 you should insist on viewing the E line! LOL

Yes, from what I am reading it might be the staged studio tour. I still want to go and see if there is any chance I can see the actual layouts. I will keep you posted!

Did they give 1 bedrooms 70/80 AMI recently after saying there is no available or are these 1 bedrooms just 130 AMI? Congrats everyone

That's odd, I've been told there's no 1B at 70%/80% AMI a couple month ago and so have many others here in this thread.

The north E-unit does not have an island, so it's like the one in the south tower. 1BR no island with WIC. Hope this helps!

Thank you for sharing this. I just found out that they no longer have any 1 bedrooms left at 130% (Kevin posted the info on the spreadsheet). Very upset as I was so close!

Same for me, got that same no available 1BR e-mail, but was ultimately offered the 1BR (3 months later). It's possible someone who had a 1BR backed out which made the 1BR available again (or that 1BR was finally finished, LOL) ... the person who got it was in log #8xx so they got really lucky.
