Wish they had the 1br kitchen island layout for lottery folks. Always wanted a kitchen island

Also it’s weird because in our contract, it says that the base amenities are included in our rent (gym, playroom etc..) so NO extra $100 . and for the pool yes it’s $500 but it only open for the season memorial to labor day. I wonder if you can still access the pool deck and pool rooftop the other time of the year? since we paying for the year.
Congratulations. Really beautiful place. Just one question, does the unit come with a dishwasher? I did not see one.

It's very possible they do. Obviously I don't know about every single building, but through my own personal experience (or from those close to me), and from being on these boards for a long time, seems like most buildings provide, even lottery units, a variety. Meaning *usually*, we're not all assigned the exact same floorplan. So I'd say theres still a possibility. Keep your fingers crossed lol

I believe CB4 & CB5 both advocate for units to be placed throughout the building and not just on a certain floor or line.

Since when does CB4 get a preference in this lottery? Where does it say so? Or I am confused about something?

“ There is a preference for residents of Manhattan Community Board 5. “ is all that is expressed on the lottery notice.

Does anyone know what log#s they are working with right now? I have CB preference but with a relative high log #118xx anyways I believe it would be really hard for me to get called, nice building though

Yes! I've heard of this as well. But I wasn't sure if it was a general rule across the affordable housing program or not

If you really do have CB preference and your log # is 11xxx.. you should check your spam folder or something because according to the spreadsheet that was made for this building. Those with CB preference have log numbers higher than yours and was already at least contacted to submit documents. People with log numbers as high as 30xxx have been contacted

I don’t believe CB4 is advocated for this building. I’m CB4 but haven’t gotten contacted yet.
