I viewed the unit on Oct 5th.
Sent to HPD Oct 5th also.

It looks like you're looking east, towards the Rollins? That view at least is not really going to change. They're building another big apartment building on the SW corner of that block (Norfolk and Grand), so you're going to have to put up with some noise for about a year soon enough, but still a good long-term deal for an affordable place. Actual kitchen-shaped area, even if it's open to the living room, is key.

No?! What round of documents are you on? I was asked for the initial round then the office questionnaire/bank affidavits. Nothing beyond that
