I finally got full approval and basically am moving in this weekend! It's my younger brother and I and we are excited. We grew up a block away so it feels good to be back home and close to family.

The building is beautiful, the amenities and concierge are wonderful too. I've never lived in a building that pays such attention to ones needs. So i'm excited/nervous. haha

Looks like a great deal especially if you have CB preference. Good luck!
So GRATEFUL for the CB preference!

So happy for you both! And looking forward to connecting, if of course, you both are up to it!
Wishing you both much success and happiness in your new home!

Just got approval today. Will be moving in 12/22.
The process was fairly quick between the time I got asked for additional documents.
Less than a month. I seen the apartment wed File sent to HPD and was approved today.

Appeal - anyone have experience with appeals with this development/Suffolk? Re income inaccuracies? You know when you’re denied and then an option to appeal pops up on the portal?
Thank you.

Hi! How is everyone who's moved in so far? I kind of still can't believe I live here. I'd love to meet or at least connect with other lottery tenants at the Suffolk so if you want to, send me a DM that would be great. So far no issues at all with the building but I feel like it would be good for us to be in contact.
