From my understanding they got 2 leasing dates
July 1st & august 1st. I got a voucher so once they send my file to HPD for approval I will have to wait for checks to be cut as well. I’m praying next month if I sign lease for July 1st ( 2-3 weeks)

Thanks for the info! I am still waiting to view the apt once my docs have been reviewed. My current lease is up in Aug so I'm getting nervous about this process and how long it might take
They’re pretty fast honestly. I was asked to submit Documents on May 25 and June 16 got called to view. Make sure all ur documents are up to date, if any bank statements have them ready. I’ll be praying for you.
