I have a feeling the 3k maintenance fee isn’t correct. I’ve never seen anything that high for a affordable coop but you never know. If anyone attends the info session on this property, please let us know what they say about it.

All the carrying charge figures the city puts on these coops (in general, not just this one) seem high, I wonder if that is est. mortgage and maintenance combined. If so, they should say that or split out the two.

$3k a month maintenance plus a possible $1,800 mortgage payment and utilities make this a $5k+ month home.

Getting a certain $ amount has been an issue with co-op lotteries. The best way to get accurate info is to pursue the process and get information there from the people handling the particular building. Of course, interest rate and financing can vary from time to time and lender to lender. It’s also possible that the monthly maintenance has been set down on the official co-op document in which case it would have to be a guess.
Log 23x. Immediately contacted to submit docs. I won't be moving forward, we're just not ready to make this purchase.
Good luck to all!
How did they contact you? & did you qualify exactly in the income range in housing connect given your household? For me for example I’d need the HUD updated income guidelines to kick in to qualify (income slightly higher than upper bound but would qualify with the 2023 adjustments). I wonder if they would just skip my log number or would still contact me for docs

Contacted via a direct email from HCNotifications. Also, my Housing Connect account shows the unit as "Action Needed".
