Hot water?? Might as well buy your own property.
Also, “ * Amenities may not be available to all residents.” For that price, I want all the amenities….

You have access to contact info for a marketing agent (both through Housing Connect and through the email that iAfford sent you when your log number was reached). You should try reaching out to them for an update. I'm surprised that they would contact additional applications without making decisions on the first wave.

What's your application status on the HC portal?

(Also, are you eligible for all four units, or only the 1-bedroom units?)

I think iafford tends to reach out to a very large batch of applicants for documents.

That especially makes sense for an expensive ($100k+ households, $3k+ rents, 130% AMI only) lottery in a non-overhyped part of Brooklyn.

You all are so right! Just realized that on the request for documents deadline is 7/16. So they definitely have not processed the first batch yet.

Got a request for docs which I was not expecting. My log number is #2xxx. Has anyone actually seen the apartments? I only qualify for 2 of them - don’t want to put myself through the process if they haven’t started showing them at all.

Blus19 when did they ask you for documents? Why do they ask ppl for documents when they haven’t even gone through lower log numbers? I’m log 12xx and submitted documents and never heard back.
