I'm still waiting on mine. Got submitted first thing in the morning on 8/25. But my project manager told me last week that there's a bit of a delay on HPD review of files right now. I'm sure the holiday weekend is not helping either.

If the marketing agent sends your information to HPD and approval ends up taking more than a few weeks, or HPD approves but you want to delay your move-in by a month after receiving approval, would you be required to submit new updated documents again?

I think you have 6 weeks to move in after your approval... at least in my case thats what my agent said.

from what i've seen here, your documents are valid for 120 days so if HPD takes a few weeks that shouldn't require submitting updated documents. The longest I've seen on this forum for HPD seems to be like 5 weeks? It's really so stressful hopefully people get processed soon.
My app was sent to HPD for approval yesterday! Has anyone gotten approval yet? Any updates on how long it's taking right now would be great!
