Nothing yet but I can see it was submitted on the 19th. Really hoping to hear today or tomorrow but guess it could still be a week or 2.

May I ask what additional paperwork they wanted? I assume this is HPD asking the Marketing agent to get more from you?

They needed my husband's W2 from an old job. I think it was to verify he no longer gets income from them. Even though we turned in a termination letter. Also needed an extra pay stub. Additionally, she forgot to add something for us to sign in the initial submission.

Actually, I have a question. Do we think HPD is working today? I am guessing not...

I don't think most of the city government is off today but it may just be my agency/office....

You are right it is Yom Kippur. Maybe they only have a limited staff working. Plus, the website had an update today.
And yes, hopefully neighbors!

I see, thanks. Was the need for new paystub just because, or was it older than some of the other paperwork/statements?

Best of luck.

That is a great question. I think they were checking if his commission checks were regular or irregular because it differs when putting in our income. That is the only reason I can think. We originally gave them (6) paystubs they wanted.

What is different for us, is that last time I was approved it only took a day with less information requested. But the income cap was the same amount as the current one. But maybe we have a more thorough agent this time around.
