Hi! You can check it by logging into your housing connect account -> my dashboard -> in process -> select the subject lottery -> documents(check here if your files were sent to HPD by the marketing agent).

Actually, This is housing connect not Mitchell-Lama.
The marketing agency said they sent my documents to HPD but I could not find the info(Sent to HPD) in my housing connect profile under that project.
