Don't lose hope cause there are still a lot of empty units. its a really big building.

I use it and pay 30 a month it's good for me but it's just me n my daughter and mainly use our phone

When we do watch TV I have no complaints

I sent them an email. They havent even finished city employee preference which is what I have . This is taking so long

I agree! It's taking very long. I think my log # and the size of the building made me think I would've been contacted by now but I am learning it's more complex as we go along the way.
