This might be a stupid question but it’s my first time getting an apartment. If you sign a lease in the middle of December, are you paying the entire month of December’s rent? Or would your lease start January 1st?

When you sign you’ll pay ya first month rent and security deposit might not get a move in day till the 1st if you get lease after 15th/16th
Both full bath hopefully being that your AMI is higher then mine you get better luck with kitchen and living room arrangements cause I definitely gotta buy small furniture to make it all work out.
I viewed the apartment Yesterday!! 3 bed 2 bath but the layout was just the kitchen is basically in the living room, that turned me off and it the same layout that on the housing connect!! so with AMI i think its no difference.

oh wow yup same set up as mine. I was so sad at first about that but then just started looking at other videos of similar set up so i can know how to make it work and I feel better now.I look at it as I'll be paying less money on furniture being I have to get everything small now lol. Are you gonna move forward with the process?
