My heart is set on bronxpoint but at this point idk I reached out to bronxpoint building manager n they have no clue on when they will get the TCO just like rivercrest

Yes I have been reading their thread and it was a **** show. Hopefully now it's better since they are proceeding with the process. I really hope we get more info on bronxpoint tho because that's where my heart is but I also wouldn't mind rivercrest.

Yeah I’m already set on Bronx point. I feel it’s a better environment for me and my kids and plus they got stainless steel appliances lmaooo

I love the stainless steel, but I also love the grey floors at rivercrest. I wish they would show the size of the apartment and the bathroom at bronx point.
So I asked about my TIC with no unit number, she said because I have not viewed n signed a lease so there's no unit number
Right I wish there was way more pictures like Rivercrest has.
There is no unit number on my TIC only how much my rent would and also said plus utilities allowance. The unit number is on asset certification affidavit and the annual student status certification I had to sign on docusign.

Your fine I believe nothing you should be worry about, they all probably just work different but still have your unit set aside for just you.They just didn't write it on the pages you had to sign. The same happen to my friend.

I watched a video anyways saying they can't assign just any unit to you with out viewing it and they can't just show you 1 unit unless that's all that's left.
