Is is true that it can take months “under review”? Has anyone tried to reach out?
I reached out about a week ago. I was told they'd sent some documents to the city and are awaiting approval (which takes a few weeks), and will be reaching out to set up viewings in another month or so.
“At this time we have requested documents for the first 400 applicant that qualified. Your log # is 2xx. You will not hear from us again for at least a couple of weeks.”

Sounds like it’ll be a long wait for anyone with a 4 digit log

Anyone that have submitted docs have been invited to tour the apt yet?
I have sent in 3 rounds of documents and see the appt. i am making the decision about it this week. its very nice, but still a bit pricy for the 1 br. was hoping for a studio. log 1XX
