Everything went well! The apartments is exactly like the pictures.
Didn’t have any interview or anything, they just requested a lot of documents. They requested documents 3 times (July,mid of September and end of September) and after that called me to see the apartment.
Now I just need to send two forms confirming I want to move forward and he said that’s the final step.

Do you know how many one bed left? Did they let you choose or just showed one apt? What floor?
How is the management - did you like it?
So bad news, I just contacted them to see if they had more options for the one bed, and they said it’s the end of the lottery and they just had one more apartment not sure if it’s true but just fyi
Today they said “ There are limited units available. We are up to Log # 196”
