Makes sense in a big rental building like OP mentioned in LIC… eg 1000+ tenants, high turnover, leasing office on-site to manage, maybe even a model unit…
This building is barely 100 units and very security-focused. No management company or leasing on site since MR leases are 20+ months and the building was already 75% occupied just a few months after opening.
