Very excited about this building. This is one of my favorite neighborhoods in the entire city - great transportation access, stores, shops and restaurants everywhere.
I mean 50+ units isn't a small lotto, they skew towards higher incomes though, which is typical these days. Even the 130% rents aren't as crazy as some other recent buildings. This is a pretty decent lottery.

Rents here are equal to the Ruby's give or take 50-70 bucks, which is a steal for these areas--I used to live around 96th and it's a good area, too. Agreed, decent lotto.
The Yimby article mentioned 68 units for affordable housing but the Housing Connect listing is only marketing 52 units... Wonder why the amount of affordable units decreased.
