Good luck all. 300 E 39 didn’t even get into the 200s for 13 130AMI (10 1BR, One 2BR and 2 Studio) apts before the lottery ended (or so they are saying). this building is 10x better and in a better location.

do you qualify for all units ? I'm trying for the 2bed so that may be why.
I've generally found that 2-bedroom folk have much better chances than those looking for 1-bedrooms or studios. 2 bedrooms are that sweet spot that are both excessive for couples/ not big enough for families. .
