Beautiful views of the extremely congested, elevated BQE if you're lucky enough to be on the 5th floor or higher, else your looking at homeless encampments under the highway.

Log 7xxx. Ive lived around the corner for 12 years. They removed the encampments, and redesigned that area under the BQE. The BQE is loud, even at 2am. But I probably have ****ty windows lol. Garbage pick up is weird in this area, adding to the noise. Like if garbage is supposed to be picked up on Monday morning, it will be be picked up at 11p on Sunday or 1am Mon. So the noises at night can be a lot. I also came across someone stealing my catalytic converter a few weeks ago at 6am! My car was parked right in front of this building. I didn’t want any trouble so I kept walking. Overall a very safe area but a few random incidents over the years. Nothing that would deter me from living here.
