Thank you. Was the apartment small? And how is the area?
1 was very small. the agent looked at my face and panicked as i was horrified. its a very sterile and basic building, and i did not like the elevators. buildings have more of a personality or identity, and this building lacks it. the gym is too small for me, and i need more amenities. i figured for what they were asking for, i would do better somewhere else. here's where i dissent from people tho.. i think the location is a ok place to live. in terms of transit in Harlem, top tier. literally not far from every bus and train route in Harlem, except the bx19. this is where it wins. like i said i need certain things to meet my standards, and this building, and apts didn't do that.
