Asset Limits: SHARED property in FL??? (house, deed, living)

Hello all. Brand new on here and have a question regarding assets that my be complicated - and could affect my eligibility (or not).

My aunt in FL was in a severe elder abuse situation. When she got the house and $ back from said abusers this February she listed me as a co-owner on the house deed and on her banking account to make sure that no one could ever again step in to take control of her assets free and unchecked as they managed to do before. I am her POA and use her banking account strictly to pay for expenses that have to do with her, her needs, or her house care. She is in assisted living and is looking to sell that home to fund her stay in the assisted living facility for as long as she is alive.

My family and I here in NYC have no assets to speak of ourselves.

How will this situation affect my eligibility? Is there an affidavit or anything that can state to the fact that her assets are only 'shared' in name and will only become mine upon her death?
