I am considering the Manhattan listing because I have mobility preferences, but the poor door issue puts me off. The building is part of Hudson yards, but the developer created a separate address for the affordable housing apartments. There was a lawsuit, but the plaintiffs lost. Likely lost because they made it about race.

Have reached out to leasing agent, but does anyone know if that address has access to amenities?
