This is an upcoming building that will have 240 affordable units out of 800 total units available.

Maybe even 2023 when they will get CO and market and release more info but looks like an awesome location and transit connectivity. A block away from the Brooklyn Crossing development

No pertinent info regarding lottery details have been shared.

From similar fits and finishes I imagine this being similar to the Brooklyn crossing development. 130% ami and above most likely. Rest you never know as I haven’t looked up the development docs to see what benefits the developer applied for etc.
