I received an email yesterday around 2 pm - letting me know they have an available unit in my AMI and the unit number and requesting that, I let them know if I'm still interested. I saw the email this morning and responded accepting the unit offer, so now I'm currently waiting for a response with the next steps.
Did everything work out for you? Any updates you could share?
I’m not going to lie I’m still so upset this lottery didn’t work out. It’s hard to get over it when they literally invited me to see the building and sent me an email to select a unit.

Nope, I just know from my phone conversation with the marketing agent a few weeks ago that all the 80% units are taken. She said I can expect the status on HC to change to “no units remaining” but currently it is still “under review”
Just got an email to submit docs. Anyone get approved yet?
