I've been informed by the seller that the house has already been sold. While I was close to being a priority buyer, it seems it's a first-come, first-served situation. Could you please clarify why you require the size?

I don’t require the size, I was asking because if I was chosen for this lottery (which I wasn’t) I would’ve been interested in that property. And with the new constructions, they don’t build basements so I was wondering if they cemented the basement or left it for the owner to utilize (even if only for storage)

I see.

I had scheduled a house viewing appointment. However, I was informed that the property had already been sold.

Unfortunately, I didn't have the chance to see the house myself, I have no idea rest of the houses.

Which property was better during the building phase, Waverly or Lafayette?

I didn’t see the interior but I would say Lafayette because of the area. The waverly ones were on a small block right by the highway that backs up in traffic.

Thanks for the update. I do not accept the offer for Lafayette Ave if I were qualified for this one.
Being above the subway would definitely shake things up, so it's not the right fit for me.
