I am in the middle of appeal process for miscalculation of my annual income. The Marketing Agent uploaded a calculation sheet on Housing Connect yesterday showing how they averaged my most recent 4 paystubs. However, I was on an unpaid leave for over one month so for one month I didn't receive any income, for another I got less than my usual monthly income. Although I provided other 6 months' paystubs to show my monthly income, the Marketing Agent still averaged the most recent 4 paystubs which makes my income not meet the minimum income requirement. Since I have already submitted the appeal three days ago, I cannot upload any more explanation or supporting documents now. I have already sent the Marketing Agent an email pointing out this error but I am afraid they will ignore my email and reject my appeal. I wonder if there's any other way to resolve this? Thank you!

Update: Although the marketing agent confirmed receipt of my additional appeal documents submitted through email, they never looked into it and rejected my appeal. Will complain to HPD then.
