I walk by this site all the time. It is directly across the street from Port Authority Bus station at the intersection between 42nd Street and 8th Avenue (northwest corner).
The photo renderings look nice , every amenity will be additional.Its really in the line of fire.
If this building isn't insulated properly along with soundproof windows it will be a disaster .
