I don't think I've ever seen 140% AMI as an option. Great to see some lower AMI units available in this area that is otherwise pretty pricey. Good luck everyone!

I agree, 140% AMI is uncommon.
Subways galore:
5 min walk to Barclay Ctr with all those subway trains including two that are next stop lower Manhattan, another makes one Brooklyn stop before Canal St, and LIRR is there. ADA accessible. Plus, it’s under a 5 min walk to separate stations for the C, and G. The A Express is one stop away toward Manhattan, and two stops for opposite direction.
The subway trains that are missing, J,Z, L, M. M can be had at Broadway and Lafayette two stops away.
The F is missing too but you can connect to it in two stops, and the G serves some of the same F stations, and the subway trains that serve Barclays serve some of the same areas as the F in the rest of Brooklyn.
Sounds like it's going to be an all-affordable. Take that into account.
About half the apartments in this building are high AMI but the building is so small, I'd opine it's hard to know if the one will balance out the rest. I hope so as it's a great spot to be.
Wish I could upload pics for you guys but I genuinely never learned how my office is across the street so I’ve watched it go up the entire time. It’s less than a minute from the Barclays and all trains and abt 2 blocks from 505 state street.
