In that they answer mostly tenant questions is more of an indication of who needs free help in circumnavigating the rent laws in NYC. Landlords have for the most part lawyers who can offer up good advice.
Radical? Unlike here, most of the answers are backed up with case law. And seriously how can a website "go out of it's way to suppress LL's rights".

Does that mean they're lying?
I would say that REBNY is notoriously pro landlord as they should be. Those are the people who pay to belong. Contrary to TenantNet the REBNY is actively lobbying to change the law in favor of Landlords and there's nothing wrong with that.
