Cilantro on 71st and 1st. As a Texan now living in NY, their frozen margaritas are the best I've had in the city. The drinks and food are delicious and cheap. The restaurant has an outdoor seating area along with an unbelievable hamburger. The Cilantro on the west side is lousy so don't go there.
Ah Chihuhua's on 53rd and 2nd is pretty good and strong. They also have the frozen Rita which doesn't taste like syrup like most places. They have a location in Houston too. Not bad for Tex Mex.
