NEW YORK, May 24 (UPI) -- Authorities in New York said motorists with unpaid fines will soon find their vehicles restrained by electronic boots with codes for removal.
Officials said the motorists will find the electronic boots on their cars and notes on their windshields bearing a toll-free number they can call to pay the outstanding fines, the New York Post reported Tuesday.
