BBTB. it looks like that has lost his title on this forum!! and eventually it lost the interest of those that wanted to move there. i dont blame nobody. as i saw by myself the biggests limitations of BBTB. i work in evenings coming back around 11pm to the train station.and to cross under that brigde i had to think about it real bad.its real dangerous!!. not only cross the brigde is a deal. the entrance of the back of the building is a trap! so careful ., i observeb from ny window a lot of moves behind that building, specially the brigde that cross the high way. i also took a long walk in the hood today, and everything is distance.well to do my day!!!! i have to go to the post office to receive my mail, witch i didnt get it cuz it has to be between 3 to 4pm.this is some bs... . the only thing i had to say about BBTB is ,for people that drives and has their own cars is perfect!!! for the walkers like me !! well deal with it!

The deal with the mail is That the building Im at there's still no postal mail service yet.until thy finish the building. About the two projects!! Yeah is true. But I dont have a option like I said before its my lords hands. I believe that if BBTB people starts demanding changes the process will speed up. But if people stays humble and not saying nothing, well everything will stay as it is.

let me ask you!..why would they move people in there-if its not up to par with the postal-mail service?..thats so crazzyy!..and you know how important mail is-esspecially with all the identity-theft going on..and believe me brother-you dont want nobody in that neighborhood to have your social-security number..so you said you signed your lease?..so did you get your keys?..on the ring..its to also have your apartment # and mailbox-key..what kind of non-sense is that-without it??

the problem is the intercom is not working and the post office hasnt approved the building yet. after i signed my lease they told me that i will receive it by mail. honestly if i have to go back to war with this people, this time i have the keys in my hand.so they better fix it up!!!

Hotblue..... Congrats sweetie. As far as the mail delivery goes if I'm not mistaken a building won't get mail delivery until it's at 30-40% occupied. We went thru that over here as well and having to wait a little over a month for the lease to come in the mail. Until you can start getting mail I know it's such a huge inconvenience but try to limit your post office visits to every Saturday that way you can be sure you're getting all of that weeks mail. This would also be a good time to eliminate any junk mail you may receive. But sweetie don't stress over those issues. Enjoy your new apt bc it's been an eventful fight. The holidays are coming up so start deciding on your decoration theme. *Smooches*.
