So I lived most of my life in Pink Houses all my brothers and sisters moved out already im the last one. Unfortunately my father passed away this year on mothers day and now housing is telling me I have to move to a 1 bedroom apartment because I cant stay in a 3 bed room one. So I would like to know which is the best/safest/decent projects in the brooklyn/queens area?

I have until Friday the 28th of october to decide or they will pick one for me so everyone feel free to post your thoughts

No disrespect intended but moving from pink, you will barely find a worst development in brooklyn, except maybe the "triple threat" (tilden, browsnville pjs, van dyke) in brownsville. That being said, i'm not gonna take the risk to provide you false infos (as im not from nyc), there are native new yorkers on this forum that are projects specialists way more than me, but basically bad neighborhoods never have safe projects, as there are a lot of decent areas in brooklyn and queens, you got a good amount of possibilities

What about Wycoff Gardens? It's certainly situated in a convenient, nice part of Brooklyn.

wyckoff is a great option, nice part of brooklyn, nice geographic location, safety-wise, the whole place looks like heaven in comparison to pink, i think all the criterias fits
