Yes it is self interest. I just wish Bronx Landlords would not only think about making top dollar for their rentals and simply rent to ghetto section 8 people but at the same time choose carefully who they rent to in order to improve the neighborhood.

My landlord do not get payment from Section 8 for already 10 month. How can he solve this problem? He wrote several times to Section 8 but had no answer
