yeah right!.... your a snoop getting meaningless tid bits of information . end of story
I know,I don't know what the OP is even babbling about. Most of the people in my building bought their apartments back in the early to mid 90's and either have no mortgages at all or are making payments of a few hundred a month .
Yup, this is where I am at. I haven had a mortgage in 7 years already. Gotta love going out to dinner 3 times a week.
Pretty much everyone on my block has owned there building outright for decades. I have a reasonable mortgage because I totally rehabbed the building, but in general, at least in my area (Southern Bronx/Mott Haven), people have been here forever and have long since paid off their homes.
THE tribulation will soon be upon us. And what does my newest neighbor do??? Run up 70 dollar cab fares from Westchester, that's what!
Perhaps your newest neighbor can AFFORD that cab fare? Perhaps your newest neighbor saves enough not owning a car that it makes it smart to pay for a cab. Perhaps s/he is reimbursed by the employer (as my friend is when she works late).

And again, how does it affect you Mr. Scratch?

Really? If you steal someone's financial data, credit card statements, paystubs, bills, etc. how is that not stealing an identity? What do you NOT know about them? BTW, did you know that it is illegal in NYC to take ANYthing out of someone's trash? It is a CRIME.

I'm really shaking my head at the fact that some posters are actually trying to reason with these three personalities.
