Not to defend the guy, but it literally just ended. Only skells announce lawsuits before the body even cools. He may start one soon after weighing his options. But, considering daddy's position, he may have been "advised" to just let this fade away. I'm sure Big Kelly does not want more publicity. Depending on one's business, not all publicity is good publicity.
