I'm looking at a condo on west 142nd st and adam clayton powell. I'm concerned about the safety and parking. Any opinions will be appreciated.

I personally don't think the area is safe. If I'm not mistaken, there are housing projects in the vicinity, and overall a lot of poverty and quality of life issues. Um I would walk around the area if I where you, maybe you will feel comfortable.
