I believe Marine Park is more Irish and Italian mixed, Georgetown is the most diverse of the four you've mentioned so far. I know I've seen Jewish and Black Carribean living in Georgetown, I'm not sure of any other ethnicities living there.

Those neighborhoods thankfully haven't changed much at all. I wanted to move to Marine Park a few years ago, but I live in Glendale, Queens now [This was when I lived in Ozone Park].
Along East 73 Street in Bergen Beach, there are new garden apartments springing up like mushrooms. The small-town feel of that area isn't going to last much longer.
I lived in Marine Park for close to 25 years before moving to Long Island. When I left it was mostly Italian and Irish. Now it has a significant Orthodox Jewish presence, especially aroung Quentin Road.
Geogetown was mostly Jewish. I believe it is now changing to mainly black.
Still nice areas. Growing up in Brooklyn and knowing people who lived there I always thought it had a "Town" like feel to it, With all the tree-lined streets, Quiet nights and neighbors who were friends with one another. La Villa restaurant by the shopping complex was awesome. Bergen Beach by the service road looks almost country. Remarkable that places like this exist in a very populated city like Brooklyn. I saw a nice apt last year in Bergen and would have LOVED to live there but working in Midtown the commute would be cumbersome.
I must be old. I remember when Bergen Beach had nothing but dirt roads and houses few and far between.
