This link on yelp.com shows 33rd Street has at least 3 sports bars in a cluster: Foley's, Jack Demsey's, and Legends 33.

The one named The Perfect Pint - 123 West 45th Street is one I walk by alot (It's near me and en route to a business I shop at many times a month). The patrons outside look happy and of mixed ages. The business itself seems always busy and it has good reviews on yelp.com and a good yelp rating. The menu is here: Perfect Pint's menu (on menupages.com)

I stand corrected on the pricing since they have steaks for over 20 bucks. I guess I never noticed them since I don't order them.

Black Sheep on 3rd ave between 39th and 38th street. It's a cozy Irish bar, plenty of flat screens around, and great food and drink prices for Midtown Manhattan.

There's also Blarney Stone on 3rd ave between 44th and 45th street. Great prices on food and beer
